I was born and raised in Davis County and graduated from Viewmont High School in 2012. I played competitive soccer throughout high school, which first sparked my interest in movement, injury prevention, and recovery. In 2016, I married my wife Chante, and we now have two wonderful children who keep us busy and active.
My family and I enjoy playing strategy board and card games, reading and watching fantasy books or movies. These activities help us stay connected while also giving me perspective on the importance of being able to move freely and without pain to enjoy the things we love most.
I enjoy helping active adults get back to what they love without addictive medications or painful surgeries. I specialize in low back and sciatica pain, but my approach extends far beyond just treating symptoms. I believe in addressing the root causes of pain and dysfunction to provide lasting relief.
I decided to start my own practice because I believe therapy belongs at the front of the healthcare journey, not the back. By doing what I do, I can save a lot of people a lot of time and money by keeping them out of the traditional American healthcare system that often relies too heavily on medications and surgical interventions.
"We aim to keep your healthcare powerful, effective and to the point. We strongly believe in the human body's ability to adapt and we use customized therapy interventions to maximize your health and wellness."
We aim to change how America does healthcare. Our vision is to have training and nutrition become the mainstream in healthcare and keep drugs and surgery as a last resort. We believe the human body has an incredible ability to heal and adapt when given the right tools and guidance.
To provide powerful, effective, and targeted physical therapy that gets to the point quickly, helping active adults return to the activities they love without relying on medications or invasive procedures.
To transform healthcare by making movement-based therapy and lifestyle interventions the first line of treatment, reducing America's dependence on medications and surgical solutions for musculoskeletal problems.
